TITLE: Flight Management Coordinator

SCHEDULE: Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays to support a 24x7x365 operation
The Flight Management Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the seamless, safe, and accurate tracking of flights, which drives the success of our brand and company. With an added focus on real-time coordination, operational communication, and logistical execution, this position serves as a primary link between flight crews, vendors, internal teams, and airport facilities ensuring exceptional trip delivery and service consistency.
In partnership with the Operations Command Center, this role assists the Flight Management team to execute and uphold best practices across every flight operation. Additionally, this position serves as a key point of contact in managing aircraft movements, pre- and post-flight communication, and supporting the operational workflow that defines Sentient Jet’s premium service experience.
Successful candidates are passionate about aviation operations and precision in execution. They excel in delivering high-quality service, calm communication, and attention to detail. Essential skills include strong interpersonal communication, multitasking, aviation knowledge, and a consistently proactive approach. Flight Management Coordinators in this department are continuously innovating to enhance flight execution, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
