Revenue Management Specialist

Department: 220 Avbuy Field Ops
Location: Cleveland, OH

The Revenue Management Executive holds a unique role within the organization. You will work closely with Flexjet Scheduling to determine the amount of excess hours available on the fleet. You will then be responsible for marketing the available hours to the internal and external sales channels. You will build a rapport throughout the sales channels and provide dynamically priced solutions. In addition to converting revenue, you will act as an escalation point for service deviations and work beside our Services Team. Revenue Management’s goal is to fill all excess fleet capacity at a dynamically priced rate relative to the demand of the day.

This position reports into the Vice President of Revenue Operations. This is a full-time role based in our Quincy, MA or Cleveland, OH office.

What You Will Do…

  • Execute efficient and effective optimization of the available aircraft in coordination with both Sentient and Flexjet Scheduling and Operations
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams across multiple channels and with our wholesale partners on pricing of charter quotes
  • Manage and advertise aircraft availability and liaise with other departments as required
  • Monitor and optimize the schedule as new demand is received and/or aircraft availability changes, maximizing gross margin from in-house and affiliate operations
  • To the extent possible, forecast future demand and anticipate the need to source Network lift to minimize last minute buying in the marketplace
  • Comply with risk management and operational procedures as established by the Company
  • Quickly analyze and make decisions that could make a significant financial impact on the organization
  • Liaise with each channel’s client services teams on trip details to ensure flight execution
  • Problem-solve for required aircraft changes due to irregular operations with a focus on customer needs and cost ramifications, such as unscheduled maintenance and cancellations
  • Identify short range scheduling needs and market liability to internal and external channels
  • Obtain and report market data to management in order to refine pricing of large cabin fleet
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
