A Day in the life…

  • Develop a core understanding of the Sentient Jet product suite to successfully respond to inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Develop outbound leads “cold contacts” (i.e., outreach, cold call, email, etc.) of high net worth individuals, fortune 1000 business executives and other potential private flyers.
  • Support sales directors by qualifying potential prospects via predetermined criteria
  • Record all activities and enrich records in company CRM system
  • Manage and overcome potential buyer objections
  • Manage, implement and optimize campaigns to acquire clients and achieve goals
  • Work directly with Sales Operations, Sales Directors and Sales Vice Presidents gathering information to assist with the sales process and to ultimately provide leads for sales directors to close
  • Research and strategize an approach to create prospective client interest

Expectations:

  • Meet or exceed minimum performance and sales metric standards while acting as a key driver in contributing to new business
  • Current assignment balance is 75% of time making phone calls and 25% of time prospecting and adding leads to the database

Skills and Attributes:

  • Persistence in reaching decision makers
  • Able to articulately present the Sentient Jet value proposition to prospects
  • High energy and enthusiastic

Prior Experience:

  • Experience working in a high-volume phone based sales environment
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM
