Account Director

We have an exceptional opportunity for an Account Director to join one of the strongest sales teams in Private Aviation. Would you like to join the company that invented the jet card and continues to revolutionize the private jet industry?

Account Directors onboard, develop and expand both new and existing client accounts with a strong focus on building long term relationships through consistent and thoughtful engagement while actively pursuing renewals. Account Directors demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach with their designated portfolio of clients by showing a commitment equivalent to driving their own business when it comes to solving challenges, servicing clients and upselling to the appropriate category and number of hours.

If you have a demonstrated track record of being successful in the ultra-high net worth space and understand how to sell a service from a value vs. price disposition this may be the position for you. This role is adept at articulating the key differentiators of the Sentient Jet solution in a crowded market where competitors focus on price.

What you will do…

  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s needs, preferences, flying habits, family/business dynamic and any other touch points that will help them better serve the client base
  • Act as an advocate for the client while always working within the parameters of our program and supporting company objectives, policies and a positive culture
  • Share feedback internally in a professional and helpful manner to help improve our service and champion the brand
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to work through challenges and support client needs to provide the best and most professional service possible
  • Sell the SJ25 and SJ25+ Jet Card product to the Ultra High Net Worth marketplace consistently achieving assigned renewal and card count targets on a month-by-month basis through an activities-based structure of managing a pipeline (calls, emails, opportunities, time to close, etc.)
  • Position the product and the company for success through thoughtful planning and execution of renewal plan while being driven by an organized and thoughtful approach to using phone, email, text and other digital outreach to deliver breakout performance against monthly card count goals
  • Effectively defend the position of the Sentient product in the marketplace from a value based vs. price-based perspective
  • Optimize the day focused on highest and best use of time to maximize sales productivity
  • Utilize Salesforce to effectively manage their activity and cultivate new opportunities from their pipeline hitting key effort and results metrics
  • Support client flying and booking requirements as needed
  • Maintain high integrity with data hygiene in activity logging and ensure client account information such as phone, address, email, primary destinations, users and other pertinent information is up to date
  • Attend events on an as needed basis to engage with the prospect and client base
